A: You will receive a confirmation E-mail indicating that it has been received. Phone and fax orders will also receive an E-mail confirmation, if an E-mail address is provided.

A: Most orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days of order confirmation. Standard carriers. Actual delivery times will vary based on method of shipment chosen and your geographic location.
